2010 Colorado 4-H State Shooting Sports Contest Shooting Squad Lists

Please look over the squad information below and pass it along to your shooters & families. If you have any questions, please contact the Shoot Superintendent Jeramy McNeely, (719) 767-5716. PLEASE NOTE: As of this point (8/15/2010), any changes to the squad lists will need to be made in writing (e-mail) to Jeramy (jeramy.mcneely@colostate.edu). Any NEW additions (entries) will be charged a $20.00 per entry late charge.

Coaches/Leader Check-In Instructions & General Information:
  • Step 1 Ask for your class summary list by county. One adult coach / leader is to be responsible for checking in their entire county for the shoot.
  • Step 2 Check to see if the correct person (you) is listed as the coach. If this information is correct, move on to Step 3.

    Step 2-A If the coach listed is not you, please cross through the person listed and PRINT your own name here.
  • Step 3 Check each page of the listing to ensure all shooters are listed in the correct class (team and individuals). A list with class name and numbers is available for reference at the check-in table. If all shooters are listed in the proper class, move on to step 4.

    Step 3-A " The only changes allowed are those moving a member from the individual class to the team class. If a shooter needs to be changed from one class to another, make the change by neatly striking through (one line only please) the information printed and writing in the new information. " All other changes will be assessed a $20 Change Fee (payable in cash at the time of the change). " Additional shooters may not be added on the day of the shoot. Changes may not be made after the registration period is over and shooting commences.
  • Step 4 Sign the bottom of the front page verifying that all information is correct as printed or changed. Note: This is your last chance for making changes to your team line up and members of your team. Please take the time to make sure it is correct.

ATTENTION!
For .22/Air Rifle/Air Pistol/Muzzleloader/Archery contests: Have your shooters present at the range least 1 1/2 hours prior to their scheduled squad times.

For the shotgun contests: Have your shooters present at the range at least 1 1/2 hours prior to their squad times for A.M. squads and 2 hours prior to their scheduled squad times for P.M. squads!
